Several years ago Disney World introduced Allergy Menus with a Gluten Free Section. While these are very helpful, they are only at select Restaurants. Below you’ll find all of the Quick Service and Table Service locations that have a Gluten Free Menu (as part of the Allergy Menu!)
Please note that the Gluten Free Menus are merely guides. You can get other options not listed on the menu, AND you can eat at many locations not listed below that don’t have a menu by talking to a Chef or Kitchen Support Staff (Generally a Coordinator, Manager or Trained Server)
***As Always, please speak to a qualified restaurant employee when ordering food. In order to see the most accurate ingredients and risk assessment, you will need to confirm food safety in real-time. This is my personal experience, I am not employed or endorsed by companies or brands mentioned.***

What’s the Difference between Quick Serve and Table Service
Quick Service is one of several options at Disney World. For the sake of this post, Quick Service is a Fast Food Style location that offers quick eats like Burgers, Pizza and Chicken Nuggets. BUT at Disney, Quick Service is officially anything not at a Sit Down Location. So this includes all the little carts, and some Fast Style Eateries that do not have Allergy Menus. Quick Service also offers Mobile Ordering.
Table Service is any location from Character Meals to Signature Dining to Regular Dining where you sit down and have a Server. So the above locations are all Table Service but price, availability and food options vary. Character Meals have lots of Buffets, Signature Dining has more involved Chefs and Regular Table Service locations tend to stick more to the Allergy Menus (Which have the Gluten Free options listed)
What’s better for Gluten Free? Quick Serve or Table Service?
This is going to depend on your personal preferences and your budget.
For many people coming for three days or less, it’s enjoyable to eat Quick Service and delight in Burgers, Safe Fries, Pizza, Nuggets etc (especially because we don’t get these options too often outside of vacation!)
If you are staying the week, I highly recommend a variety of meals so you can get some Whole Foods in your diet, and have the pleasure of working with Chefs who can create lots of tasty meals. Since Table Service locations are more expensive, but don’t up-charge for GF options, you are going to really enjoy the locations above.
