Are Disney Churros Gluten-Free?
Nope, the Common Churros found around the parks contain Gluten.
But.
There are two locations for Gluten Free Churros at Disney World (both table service restaurants). One is inside the Animal Kingdom and the other at a resort. The churros you find at the churros stands cannot be made gluten free.
Here’s where to find Gluten Free Churros at Disney World
If you have a Park Ticket…
Find Gluten Free Churros inside Animal Kingdom at Nomad Lounge Table Service Restaurant. You can order them togo from the bar, sit at the bar, or get a table with a reservation. All of the Churros here are gluten free.

- Hours: Lunch and Dinner (generally 10:30ish to around park close at 7)
- Location: Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Nomad Lounge, Orlando Florida

Directions: Once inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park (ticket required!) you will cross over the path taking you into Discovery Island, and then make a Left at the Walkway in front of the Tree of Life. Continue until your first pathway on the Left, take that pathway to Pandora World of Avatar (if you cross by the Pizza Quick Serve, Pizzafari, you’ve got too far!). Nomads will be ahead on your Right.
If you do not have a Park Ticket…
The other place is the Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Coronado Resort. You’ll special order the gluten free churros here at the Restaurant. These are a different flavor (they have a bit of spice to them) than the ones at Nomads Lounge in Animal Kingdom.

- Location: Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Three Bridges Bar and Grill, Orlando Florida

Directions: You can get to Coronado Springs Resort by Driving, or by using the Disney Transportation Buses. Once there, enter the Main Tower Building and head towards the middle, where you can exit the building to the Outside Pathway. You’ll see several bridges over the water (three!) and a Building on the water. That’s Three Bridges Restaurant! Head that way and talk to the hostess about being seated.
Are their Gluten Free Churros at Disneyland in California or on the Disney Cruise line?
There are Zero locations for Gluten Free Churros at Disneyland, and there have been rumors of the occasional, specially made, by Chef’s discretion, on the Cruise Line.
